In a blender whirl
together about a cup
of thawed green peas
with garlic, basil,
lemon juice, Parmesan,
and olive oil until
almost smooth. Toss
with pasta and more
Parmesan cheese.

D eviled Eggs Peel
and halve hard-cooked
eggs. Remove the yolks
and mash them with
thawed green peas,
a spoonful of Greek
yogurt, and a little
Dijon mustard. Spoon
into the whites and
sprinkle with paprika.
